However, the one challenge that seems to be the most difficult is, choosing to get out of the everyday grind of life. The grind meaning, you get up & do the same routine every day. Yes, it's a safe way of life, but it's certainly not going to help you achieve the Financial Freedom you absolutely deserve. To attain an extraordinary life of Freedom, you must be willing to think outside the box and be willing to live outside your comfort zone!

Have you heard the saying, "if you never try, you can never win?" Women who are sitting on the sidelines tend to over analyze an opportunity that's right in front of them & find plenty of excuses, why it's not going to work for them. With that kind of mindset, you're setting yourself up to fail. Therefore, you can certainly say goodbye to any chance of creating your Financial Freedom dreams. However, other women are Empowering themselves to take the first action step towards creating Financial Freedom. They're choosing to think outside the box and make their dreams a reality! Take a look at where you are today & determine where you want to be. Ask yourself, "Am I willing to change & take the action towards achieving my Financial Freedom?" Or, Do I continue to do the same thing & get the same results? When you change, your life will change!

The next action step Empowered women are taking is, giving themselves permission to accept the talents and skills they already have and utilize them. Many women get a nine-to-five job right out of high school or college, and that's where they stay the rest of their life, without fully utilizing their skills. Sure, it will pay the bills, but will it get you the Financial Freedom you desire? So, why not make the choice to Empower yourself with your talents and skills to create Financial Freedom? This is not something that is just going to fall right into your lap; you are going to have to work for it. Believe in yourself and the skills that you have. And you'll be on your way towards creating the Financial Freedom you deserve!

Another action step that's taken is the most important step. In order to start your life of Financial Freedom, women are learning how to be more aware of their actions & manage the chatter in their heads. Things are not always going to go your way, and sometimes you are going to find yourself feeling frustrated. This does not mean that you should give up on your dreams of Financial Freedom, right? It just means that factors beyond your control may have gotten the best of you, in that moment. However, allow yourself to feel empowered enough to bounce back and keep moving towards the possibilities of your Financial Freedom! And, realize there are some things in our lives we cannot control. Learning to overcome this and not let it haunt your mind is the best thing that you can learn to do.

Defying the common misconception that women can not equal men; the woman of today has time and again proved her competency in this fiercely competitive world. Women have walked shoulder to shoulder with the men and have excelled in their fields. They have proved themselves in each and every level and each and every stratum. Various surveys reveal that Role of Woman in Business is getting increased day by day and women are now starting more business and their involvement in business is much more than before. Studies tell us that in the year 2006 the percentage of women run and women owned business was around a staggering 7.7 million. The figures become more amazing because the growth from 1996 to 2006 has been around 42 percent. These businesses run and owned by women are flourishing tremendously. Experts expect that by the time 2006 ends these business enterprises would generate overwhelming revenue of $ 1 trillion. These businesses woman are also supposed to empower around 7.2 million workers.

The main motivation behind the success of women in business is the desire to become their own boss. Male chauvinism has driven many women to show their capability and compete with the men shoulder to shoulder to gain equality in the society. The women have been driven by manifestation of power to not only become self dependent but also to get financial freedom. Another reason that has played a key part in the success of the women is their desire to dedicate more time to their family and children. Statistical data reveals that around 63 percent of women have started their own business initiative with their own savings. This shows their grit and determination to make it to the top level. However, around 14% of women applied to financial institutions for funding of their business and around 79% of them were successful in achieving the loan. This shows the change in the outlook of the society and their belief that even women can be successful running a business.

The numbers of Women in the business world are increasing day by day. The strength of the character and the integrity of the women have helped establishing them as successful businesswoman. They have also proved that to run a business one needs vision and the ability to take risks. The sex of a person is immaterial now. The attitude of the financial institutions shows that they are also recognizing the potential that women have. Their support to the women who have applied for loans shows that they have also realized that a thriving business can be run by a woman also.

More than ever it is now evident, that women can no longer depend on someone else, whether that be a husband, partner, parent, employer or the government to take care of their financial needs for the future.

With divorce rates averaging about 50%, and 63% of women over the age of 55 now being on their own it seems that the older we get, the more chance of being on our own. Scary huh?

Women need to ensure their own security, and for their children and indeed take care of their own financial wealth.

Unfortunately many women find excuses to avoid securing their own financial wealth.

• My husband will take care of me
